About
Flexstream is the spoolable composite pipe, designed for the onshore and offshore shallow water applications for the oil and gas industry. It is a flexible reinforced thermoplastic pipe RTP that can be laid directly in all kind of terrains without the risk of failure.
It offers excellent resistant to corrosion and a very high mechanical strength. The high corrosion resistance ensures significantly more uptime than carbon steel lines, while the mechanical strength allows lighter construction and more compact system design. The excellent performance of the pipe is helping to increase service life and reducing maintenance.
For total reliability and uncompromising efficiency. This is our contribution to your line.

Advantages
Flexstream spoolable pipes have corrosion resistance and flow characteristics superior to rigid steel pipes, and their ease of installation, elimination of field welds and requirements for cathodic protection equipment and coating repairs result in greater economy on an installed cost basis than traditional pipe.
It is ideal for environmentally sensitive applications.
Pipe have superior flow characteristics because of the low friction factor of the smooth inner liner together with the thermal insulating properties of the pipe, which are able to retaining the heat and therefore minimizing viscosity of conveyed hydrocarbons. Together, the inner and outer sheaths provide excellent corrosion resistance, which is reflected in the long life and high reliability.
